April 6-11, 2026
SPA Women's Ministry and BDIC Community Outreach invites women of all ages to participate in Women's Wellness Week, a special time when we focus on elevating awareness and taking action to obtain all of God's promises for health and wellness. Women's Wellness Week begins with daily inspirational messages and health tips from ministry leaders and community health partners. The week culminates with Wellness Day, a series of activities and educational workshops on women's health and life issues. Workshops include:

- What's Going on In My Body?
- Grace in the Heat: Navigating Menopause with faith and Humor
- Make Me All Over Art Therapy
- Resource Round Up
